Bio

Erin Breiner is a student affairs professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as the Program Director of Community Support in Resiliency and Community Support. In her role as a Program Director, Erin oversees initiatives focused on student support, community engagement, off-campus student experiences, and connecting students with resources that promote success and well-being.

After graduating from East Carolina University with a BS in Communication, Erin earned her M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. She is currently a PhD student in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development here at NC State.

Erin joined the Wolfpack in 2016 as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Conduct and transitioned to an Associate Director in 2020. Erin began her current role as Program Director of Community Support in July 2024.

Prior to her time at NC State, Erin worked at Ohio University, serving as Assistant Director of Community Standards & Student Responsibility and a Residential Coordinator within Housing & Residence Life, along with serving as the Coordinator of Residential and Greek Life at Westminster College (Fulton, MO).

• Avid thrifter and collector of vintage items from colleges attended and/or served
• Backpacked in several countries while an undergraduate student, including France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany
• Unique ability to recognize songs from the 80s, 90s, and 00s within 1-2 seconds
