Off-Campus Housing Consortium
As part of our efforts to help students find off-campus housing, Resiliency and Community Support works with Apartments.com | Off Campus Partners to connect and collaborate with local communities. Participating properties elect to become members of the Consortium, which allows them to list their properties on the Off-Campus Housing Website and engage with NC State students in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, and rules.
Inclusion of any property or rental unit on the Off-Campus Housing Website and the Off-Campus Housing Guide does not constitute, and shall not be construed or reported as (1) an endorsement or approval by NC State or Off Campus Partners of the property lister, its properties, or its business practices, or (2) a warranty or representation by NCSU or Off Campus Partners as to the equality, safety or other features of such property and/or its owners or management agent(s).
All students are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a prospective rental unit or property manager. Check out our Moving Off Campus page to learn more about what you should consider and questions you should ask properties.
